The Research Chef has strong culinary skills and product development knowledge.

Job Summary: A Senior Research Chef works across a broad product spectrum of activities for the food and beverage industries. The position requires a high degree of creativity, and the ability to apply culinary principles to product development in a fast paced atmosphere. Must be able to clearly write a replicable consumer recipe and develop formulas for commercialization. Has an excellent understanding of consumer and industrial ingredients with a broad knowledge of world and ethnic cuisines and current food trends. Is able to effectively communicate culinary insight to upper level management and clients.
