IFN Scientists Present Guest Lectures
Dr. Joey Talbert presented a guest lecture in the Cornell University Current Issues in Food Science and Technology class. He discussed, "Food Product Development: Trends and Fads." Dr. Catalin Moraru spoke at the Department of Food Science and Technology (Cornell University/New York State Agricultural Experiment Station) in Geneva, NY. His topic was, "No Sugar? Sweeeeet...: Using alternative sweeteners to replace sugar in foods." Dr. Michael Rudan presented, "Innovation Trends," to the Cornell University Food Science departmental seminar. He discussed IFN's general approach to innovation and new product development. By studying emerging science and ingredients, and macro food trends IFN strives to identify new white space opportunities for our clients.
