International Food Network Formulates for Devine Foods

Scientists at the International Food Network, in Ithaca, N.Y., helped Denise Devine, President & CEO of Devine Foods, formulate the beverage Fruice (R), a fiber-rich, smoothie-like beverage easily consumable by kids. Most of IFN's clients are major companies, but with Devine Foods, it took on the lone entrepreneur. And its scientists believed in Devine's concoction. "She came with a patented idea and hired us to do the product development," said Rudy Nunez, project leader at IFN.
